How it works

1. Choose your setup: Pick a tent-only rental or a ready-to-camp package with mattresses, chairs, table, lighting, or power gear where available.
2. Select your dates: Use the booking calendar on the product page and add your preferred rental dates.
3. Choose pickup or delivery: Free self-pickup is available by appointment from Chatswood NSW 2067. Local delivery and collection may be available within eligible Sydney areas.
4. Confirm your booking: After your order is placed, we can confirm pickup timing, delivery details, and any important trip notes with you.
5. Enjoy your trip: Use the gear responsibly, keep it dry where possible, and contact us if you need help.
6. Return the gear: Return everything on the agreed date and time. Deposits are released after the items are checked.

Customer Reviews & Rental Confidence

EnjoyCamping uses Judge.me to collect and display customer reviews, including synced Google store reviews from our Google Business Profile. This gives new visitors more confidence before booking, especially when they want to understand the real customer experience behind pickup, delivery, service, and support.

Product-specific reviews will continue to be collected after Shopify rentals and purchases. These reviews are most useful when customers mention setup, cleanliness, comfort, return process, and which tent or package they booked.

• Try-before-you-buy shoppers: If you rent selected gear and purchase the equivalent brand-new item within 30 days of return, we can credit 50% of your rental fee toward the purchase.

Booking, pickup & try-before-you-buy

Q: Where do I pick up the rental gear?
A: Self pickup and drop-off are available at our Sydney location: Chatswood NSW 2067. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the exact unit details and pickup instructions.

Q: Can you deliver and collect?
A: Local delivery and collection are available within eligible Sydney areas. Fees depend on distance and are calculated at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Q: Will the gear fit in my small city car?
A: Many setups fit surprisingly well because our premium cabin tents are inflatable and do not use long heavy pole sets. If you are unsure, contact us with your car model and the package you want to book.

Q: How does the 50% rental credit / try-before-you-buy offer work?
A: If you rent eligible equipment and decide you want to own a brand-new equivalent item, email us within 30 days of returning your rental. We can send a personalized discount code giving you 50% of your rental cost off the retail purchase price, subject to stock availability.

Gear, setup & comfort

Q: I have never set up a tent before. Is it hard?
A: Not at all. Our inflatable tents are designed to reduce setup stress. Lay the tent flat, connect the provided pump, inflate the air beams, then secure it properly with pegs and ropes.

Q: How do I stay warm? How does the DJI Power Station work?
A: For chilly nights, we recommend the Off-Grid Winter Glamping Pack with DJI Power 1000 and electric blankets. Pre-heat the blanket on high before bed, then switch to low while sleeping so the battery can last longer. Please do not plug high-wattage items such as hair dryers or kettles into the power station.

Q: What do I need to bring myself?
A: We can provide shelter, mattresses, furniture, lighting, and power depending on your package. You should still bring personal sleeping bags or doonas, pillows, food, drinks, toiletries, clothing, and basic cooking ingredients.

Deposits, returns & cleaning

Q: How does the security deposit work?
A: A refundable security deposit may be held for rental orders. It is released or refunded after the gear is returned and checked. Deductions may apply for damage, missing parts, excessive cleaning, or late returns beyond normal wear and tear.

Q: Do I have to clean the gear perfectly before returning it?
A: Normal outdoor wear such as dust and minor dirt is expected. The important rule is that gear must be returned dry. Soaking wet, excessively muddy, mouldy, smoky, or damaged items may result in a cleaning, drying, repair, or replacement fee.

Q: What if I am not sure which tent to choose?
A: Contact us with your group size, trip length, car space, and whether you already have mattresses or chairs. We can help you choose a suitable option.

Q: Where do the reviews come from?
A: Store reviews may include Google reviews synced through Judge.me. Product reviews are collected after Shopify rentals or purchases, so future customers can see feedback connected to specific tents, packages, and gear.

Q: How can I leave a review?
A: After your rental or purchase, you may receive a Judge.me review request. Helpful reviews mention which tent or package you booked, how pickup or delivery went, how easy setup felt, and whether the gear suited your family, group, or event.
