Q: Will the gear fit in my small city car (Sedan/Hatchback)? A: Yes! Because our Premium Cabin Tents are inflatable (no heavy metal poles), they pack down surprisingly well. A full setup (Tent, Air Mattress, DJI Power, Chairs, and Table) can easily fit in the back seats or boot of a standard sedan.

Q: How does the "50% Cash Back / Try Before You Buy" work? A: We want you to invest in gear you actually love. If you rent our equipment (e.g., the Inflatable Tent or DJI Power 1000) and decide you want to own a brand-new one, simply email us within 30 days of returning your rental. Q: How does the Security Deposit work? A: To protect our high-value professional gear, a fully refundable security deposit is held on your card during your trip. It is automatically released within a few business days after the gear is returned in good condition.

Q: Do I have to clean the gear perfectly before returning it? A: Normal outdoor wear (dust and minor dirt) is totally fine and expected! However, there is one critical rule: Gear MUST be returned DRY. If it rains, please brush off excess mud and ensure the tent is dried before folding. Returning soaking wet, excessively muddy, or damaged items may result in a cleaning/drying fee deducted from your deposit.

Q: What do I need to bring myself? A: We provide the shelter, the bed, the furniture, and the power. You just need to bring your personal sleeping bags/doonas, pillows, food, drinks, toiletries, and basic cooking ingredients. We will email you a helpful "Personal Packing Checklist" before your trip!
