Shipping policy

1. Service Area
We currently offer local delivery within a 30km radius of Chatswood,NSW2067. Delivery beyond this range may incur additional fees (contact us for a quote).

2. Delivery Time Windows

• Standard delivery/pickup slots: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, [Monday-Saturday].

• Orders require at least 24-hour advance booking (urgent requests subject to availability).

3. Delivery Fees

 

• Free Delivery: Minimum order of AUD 200 for addresses within 10km.

• Extended Delivery:

  • 10–30km: Flat fee of AUD 50 (minimum order still applies: AUD 200).

  • 30–50km: Minimum order of AUD 500 + flat fee of AUD 50.

• Delivery beyond 50km is unavailable.

4. Order Requirements

• A confirmed reservation and full payment are required before delivery.

• Recipient must be present to inspect and sign for equipment. Unattended deliveries are not allowed.

5. Damage & Liability

• All items are inspected before delivery. Clients must report visible damage within 15 minutes of receipt; otherwise, pre-existing damage claims will not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for loss or damage after delivery completion.

6. Weather & Delays

• Delivery may be rescheduled due to severe weather (e.g., storms, heavy snow). We will notify you promptly.

• Delays caused by traffic or logistical issues will be communicated via SMS/email.

7. Returns & Pickup

• Equipment must be packed as delivered and ready for pickup at the agreed time. Late returns incur a fee of $10/hour.

• Failure to return equipment may result in a full replacement charge.
